After booking our hotel at a late date and having few choices available, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but nothing fancy. (Don't expect hotels in Europe to be like hotels in the U.S.!) The staff at this hotel was the real standout. We were a mother and college-age daughter traveling alone and had the most wonderful, friendly people we met in all of Europe at this hotel! There was always an English-speaking person at the desk ready and willing to help us with directions, advice, anything we asked... starting with getting there at 10:00 a.m. after a long flight and being allowed to get into our room right away! And they will gladly hold your luggage behind the desk on your departure day after check-out for as long as you need them to until you depart their beautiful city.

I LOVED IT!!!!! I REALLY LIKED THIS HOTEL. IT WAS ONE OF THE CLEANEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMEONE IN RECEPTION TO HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS. IT IS ALSO VERY EASY TO GET TO AND FROM THE HOTEL (THE UNDERGROUND IS LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET). I FULLY RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL :)

Easy to reach from the Peripherique; close to a metro station (Balard, line 8) and a safe and convenient parking place. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Probably more like a good 2 Star Located on a main road / junction. Pretty basic, but clean and friendly. Car park very secure and good. Only 1 lift operating, and poor sound insulation in our room, despite having double glazing. No tea / coffee in our room. Breakfast looked basic continental, but we went to an excellent brassiere in Place Balard, just around the corner. Very handy for the Metro. Reasonable value when you include the free car parking.

+ all the facilities, brand new and clean. - no english channels on the tv, small room, no space for luggage, and this time it happend to have a lot of luggage. Nothing to do in this area, not even fora coffe in the morning.

Good and Convenient hotel The hotel is clean and provides all that is needed.It is very close to the metro which is excellent. The bathroom is samll but quite adequate. We would certainly use it again. The staff were friendly and helpfl and welcoming.

Hotel location is excellent for participants and visitors to Paris Expo.

Good value hotel in great location Hotel ticks all the boxes - room was clean and hotel service was very good. The Metro station is literally across the street and you can get to all the attractions in 15 minutes. It also has a guest parking in the back at a very reasonable price. At the price we paid I don't think we could have done a lot better, and definitely a lot worse! Highly recommended if you intend to visit Paris for the weekend - after all, you are supposed to be sightseeing and not spending the whole day in your room anyway!
