The location was great. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you can see the Arch de Triomphe. The concierge was able to recommend some good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The only issue with the hotel was the price of bottled water. It was 8 Euros per bottle. If you are touring Paris, make sure to purchase some water at grocer or drink from the tap.

A fitting swanky property for one of the world's most famous avenues.¾ ml NW of Place de la Concorde, on broad tree-lined Champs Elysees with its shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, nightspots and constantly flowing traffic. Bus stop 70 yds, Metro George V 300 yds. Spacious luxurious and immaculate. Vast foyer with raised lounge. Central glass-roofed atrium with tiers of tumbling greenery. Elegant restaurant; small worldly bar."

Stayed in an exterior room in this expensive hotel. Very noisy all night. Could not sleep. Witnessed two beatings at 6 and 7 am

ok location. the rooms were large and spacious. good bathrooms. good service. nicely decorated. do not hear any of the noise from the very busy and congested champs when inside. overall i think it is slightly over valued and location wise something by the concord might be better.

I just returned from a 5-night stay on points. The hotel is clean, the concierge and reception staff, the breakfast personnel are all professional and helpful. My room was large, well furnished, immaculate and the marble bathroom was superb: huge, separate stall shower that was easy to operate and control, a clean bathrobe every day (a waste), and many toiletries. At 29 Euros breakfast is expensive, but you can stuff yourself with all kinds of eggs (including omelette made to order), waffles, pancakes, a wide selection of cheese, cold cuts, cereals, fruits, rolls, yogurts. I personally cannot eat that much, but I do enjoy having cereal, fruit and a roll. Since I stayed on points, it was a wonderful stay, but I would not pay the going rate. There are too many other more reasonably priced hotels. Indeed, if I were going to pay the rack rate, I would prefer the George V hotel.

If you are thinking of treating that special person to a really fantastic break and looking for somewhere to stay then this is it. We had a great time. My girlfriend knew we were going to Paris but not where we were staying. She loved it. Pure elegance. A few people have commented on the price of the food in the hotel, and it is expensive, but who wants to eat in the hotel when you have the whole of the city to explore and with this hotel it is right on your doorstep.
