staff here are first class. hotel is in a very good area - you can get anywhere very quickly. good buffet breakfast. good restaurants nearby.

Good location, but it's a typical Parisian hotel with small beds in tight quarters. the hotel gets its job done though. just don't expect really friendly customer service.

Room are basic but clean. Staff helpful.

This was an excellent hotel. The welcome was very good and the staff at the front desk very helpful with suggestions about where to eat and what to do. The room was small, but comfortable and well decorated. The room was sound proof. The hotel located a short walk from the opera and right on Rue Lafayette with a Metro station close by. We will definately stay here again provided the price does not increase too much.
