+ it is very silent, calm, no noise from the street - the staff should be more friendly

close to louvre,shopping The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the louvre,shopping in the 9th and opera. nearby starbucks and metro station pyramids. only drawback, I have stayed here at least 5 times the past, they didn’t include breakfast(no problem though with 2 bakeries nearby and starbucks up the street).

Quaint, Quiet, Comfortable The room was very small, but it was clean and the bathroom was very updated. It was located on a nice quiet street, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, site seeing etc. Breakfast did not come with the room, as we thought it did, but no problem - great bakery across the street.

- Lack of organization from cleaning staff, everyday something was missing like towels, paper,...Ridiculously high price for internet access

+ Location - Small, hot, noisy dark room. Staff not particularly helpful and internet

+ it is very silent, calm, no noise from the street - internet connection for 4 euro/15 min!!!!! why not install a wifi to the public computer as well?

5 minute walk to Louvre Small, well-appointed hotel on quiet side street. Attentive, professional staff. Great location in central Paris near Palais Royal and the Louvre.

Disappointed Quite spacious by European standards, clean and located very close to the Louvre. However, air conditioning did not work well, so the room was uncomfortably warm. When I notified staff, they checked it, and said it was working and to be patient. By morning, it dropped from 86 degrees F to 83. Draperies did not fit windows, and were in state of disrepair. TV remote did not work. When I queried staff about the remote, they just manually turned on the TV (no services available). I simply mention the latter, although trivial, because I expected more from a 3 star hotel. I was not notified at check-in that breakfast was not included. The staff was nice, but as you can tell, not terribly helpful in addressing my concerns. Because of the problems I noted above, I would not recommend this hotel.
