The Louvre Rivoli was in a great location for easy access to major attractions and the Metro. The hotel property and rooms were pleasant and clean. Rooms were on the small-side, but not unusually so for a European boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and seemed to cater to the tourist, as there was lots of helpful information available and they all spoke great english.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Rooms are very very very small with almost no light, people at the reception are not very friendly and the price i paid was more than the one showed in the room (there was any kind of discount booking it with venere). i would suggest this hotel for short staying only due to his very good position.

the location is great: a short walk to many places, direct train to/from airports! Plenty of food within a block or two, as well as a supermarket. The room was larger than expected, clean, and up-to-date. At night it was rather quiet; although the city does wake up early. Note, that the street is somewhat hard to find as it is not on tourist maps, and the metro station is a maze.

The room was very small, but that was ok. The bed was hard and the pillows, well they need new pillows. The location was great for walking and taking metro. Had the breakfast on our last day, don't waste your money.

As I was only in Paris for a very short amount of time I thought the position of the hotel was great - just round the corner from the subway for Chatelet metro/RER station within 5 - 10 mins walk of the Louvre, Pompidou Centre, Les Halles, Notre Dame, Samaritaine department store, all the shops of Rue de Rivoli ... My twin room was small-ish but what I'd expect for city centre 3 star hotel, I didn't stay for long enough to give much of an opinion of the service and facilities of the hotel - staff were not overly friendly but professional (as to be expected from the Parisiens..) Note that breakfast is an additional 12 euros - the cafe round the corner did a breakfast menu for 8 euros and I had large coffee/orange juice/croissant or small baguette with jam and butter in a cafe near the Louvre for 6.50 euros so it would have to be pretty special in the hotel to entice me in! Would consider going back again for an overnight stay but if I was staying for longer would probably look at somewhere cheaper further out of the city centre...

We stayed for two nights in a triple room. there was no sitting area in the room, as the chair was a fold-out bed. We had breakfast at the bakery on the corner which was practical and delicious. We were on a pleasure trip, visiting museums in the area. Lo

Aircondition did not function in the room, so it was hot! Staff failed to fix the problem (didn't try very hard). Breakfast was a disappointment. Location was excellent - right in the middle of everything.

Great location. Clean room and building. We were provided with map of Paris and pointers for getting around which was great.
