We did not stay at the original destination due to a problem with the hotel and were directed to another location nearby. It was an easy transfer and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not for us The hotel reception and gardens were lovely. Our room was a long way from reception - up and down steps and through two different lifts. Room old and tired - small double bed, uncomfortable with roll to middle syndrome. Ugly old and unusable kitchenette type arrangement but no way to make tea or coffee as nothing worked. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay If you must stay here, there were some nice restaurants within walking distance and the Metro was close by for exploring the city.

+ going out - Access to rooms involved a change of lifts and a long walk. No one helped with bags. Rooms too small. No tea/coffee making facilities. Mini bar in room was a dirty fridge with 2 cans of coke and 2 beers in. No bar in hotel.

We had a very good service from people at the front desk but the rooms were not to clean. We had 2 rooms for 2 night! Many details were missing as per example not much cooking material since the rooms were kitchenette equipped. On top of that, we had very noisy neighbours that arrived during the middle of the night. They talk loudly and made a lot of noise! It seems that authority was not easy to maintain!
