+ The price - There were no lights on the stairs which made it difficult at night time to see where you were going.

+ Location to the station - Radiator could not be switched off - very hot room!!!

+ easy access to train station and metro - beds were very uncomfortable, ripped decor throughout, ripped chair in room, very much 'unloved' room

+ Close to the metro and rur station (20 m), nice and big bathroom - A little bit smal room

+ Convenient for access to transport. - Yes! Pretty much everything....my experience with this hotel was

+ The best thing I liked is the staff who were very nice, friendly & I liked much their immediate positive response towards any request or remarks - Only being a little bit far from city center

+ The staff were friendly and informative! We all felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay! If we ever go to Paris again we'll be sure to go there again! Thanks!

+ Staff were friendly and helpful. Was very close to the Metro at Gare du Nord and also on the main bus routes from the centre of the city making it easy to get around. - Beds were uncomfortable, uneven. Too hot in the room.

+ English-speaking staff, good service and central location (right next to metro/train) - This was the grottiest hotel we have stayed in for years. I had to put my shoes on after I had a shower as the carpet looked dirty.
