The service is one of the best I have experienced. Very good location for business and shopping in Paris.

The best concierge service in Paris. Well positioned hotel that is quietly glamourous. Rooms are lovely although ours was a little warm probably due to the less than impressive air-conditioning. Bathroom spacious and well fitted out (we did book a deluxe room though). We had breakfast once and were then put off by the ancient fruit salad and limited coffee. Having said that, if we had complained I suspect everything would have been done to rectify this. This hotel truly has the best service I have ever encountered, friendly, helpful, polite and humourous. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Now on the list of one of our favourite hotels.

the services is bad due to a very bad smell from the house keeping personal that you can smell the room after even after a period of time ! when they finish, i had the experiance when they came once at night where i could not stand it at all , it was a exterely bad smell. but other than that avery thing was good.

I have nothing but praise for the Hotel de Sers in Paris. The staff was very helpful making all of our reservations, giving us directions, suggestions, sending us ice every night to our room, alerting us with a special note that daylight saving...

Very nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff, cheap parking in the vicinity. Our room had a very nice view towards a green garden, big tree and period housing. The free wifi worked fine. I will most certainly be returning although I'd have to think about it twice if I had to pay full price (550-650€). We got a much better price through Venere. The room felt too small for that kind of money however well-appointed. At full price, I think there are better alternatives, especially if you don't mind more traditional design. Breakfast was terribly expensive (28-35€ per person). Unfortunately we got up too late every single day so we couldn't try it - we were very curious about it. All in all, a very positive experience.

Loved the quieteness of this Hotel! The Hotel was exquisite in terms of being a smaller and quieter boutique hotel versus the larger chain hotels. I loved the special and personal attentions given from the front desk attendants. But, the housekeeping needed more attention. The bathroom trash was not cleaned for the last 2 days out of 5 days and the toiletries were not replenished so we were short on shower gels and shampoos. I had to ask the housekeeping to come up each of those nights to clean out the trash and to bring extra toiletries. At a 4 star hotels such as this one, no one should need to request such silly items, it should be taken cared. The first time it happened, I called the concierge and requested to have this matter taken cared next time, but the following day, it happened again. I just did not understand why they let it happen again. However, this problem was very minor in comparison to the quality of the hotel and the comfort of the bed. The downpour douche shower was exquisite. The King size bed was one of the best quality mattresses that we have slept in many hotels. I would go back to the hotel next time I am in Paris. Traveler's tip on local attractions The Hotel is few blocks away from many great attractions. It’s great location to shop and to eat out. The George V and the Franklin D. Roosevelt metro stations are both few short blocks away. Chaps-Elysees is only two blocks away and so was the Arc de Triomphe.

So lovely and quiet Stayed 3 nights (early May) in this chic, clean, tastefully decorated hotel just off the Champs Elysees. Check in went smoothly and we were greeted with warm smiles. Were very happy with the room - a good size, with everything we needed (although we'd have appreciated complimentary bottled water or the facility to make tea/coffee). Amazing that in such a busy city, and only a few minutes walk from all the sights, this hotel is in such a peaceful, quiet area. I'm not sure if anyone was staying in the room next to ours - we certainly never heard them - and there was absolutely no noise from outside. Closest metro is Alma Marceau and Eiffel Tower only 15/20 minutes stroll away. Our only criticism is that it's very expensive to eat/drink in the hotel, but plenty of places nearby - although those too are rather expensive (twice UK prices). Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Hotel d Le Sers All in all good place. But prices for meals and etc. off the chart. Even with the Euro exchange rate - 25 Euros for a scotch - well goodness. It is a trendy place for people on expense accounts. Staff decent. Rooms designed by an architect who did not know hotel architecure requirements resulted in trendy now becoming irrelevant. Evidence is that a change in hands - resulting in push the income without the service Traveler's tip on local attractions Around the corner - the American Cathedral - worth the visit.

Noisy & Too Warm There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room which I asked to be fixed every day I was there. The hotel said it had been fixed but the temperature remained the same which meant the room was unbearably hot and we had to open the windows at night. There was a nightclub across the road and the noise from people leaving it meant a very unsatisfactory night's sleep, every night. Between the noise and the heat of the room it was very uncomfortable. On the plus side the location is great and the staff are very friendly.

Excellent The hotel was excellent. Big bathroom with separate shower, no tea or coffee making facilities but we had the luxury of a balcony (Deluxe Room). The staff were extremely helpful but food and drinks were not cheap! Would definately go back.
