I was on crutches and no effort was made by any Companile staff to see if I required assistance with my luggage. The luggage carts at the entrance were chained and no signage available as to the amount of currency needed to retrieve ia cart. We were not informed that the shuttle service picked and dropped off passengers at Terminal 3. We waited for an hour at Terminal 1 (came in on an international flight) before making our own way to the hotel at personal expense. Upon departure from the hotel, Companile staff informed us that the shuttle would drop us off at Terminal 1, but this was not the case. We were dropped off at Terminal 3 (at 6:00 a.m.) and told to make our way to Terminal 1. Perhaps Companile should clarify this information to future potential passengers. The room was clean. However, the water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot enought to shower. The breakfast was good and the service at the buffet dinner was excellent.

Convenient location for CDG Airport. Free shuttle bus, but less frequent service than for neighbouring hotels.
