We had a very pleasant stay at the Kyriad Paris Alésia. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and immediately helped making us feel at home. Wonderful part of the city to stay.

Room was very small - not suitable for long stays. Our room faced the street,so was a bit noisy. The person on late night reception was very rude and unhelpful, he did not even stop his phone conversation to tell us where our room was. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location close to metro station and can provide parking if needed.

The hotel is very cute and in a lovely area of Paris. The staff at the hotel could not be friendlier, they were helpful and sweet, spoke english and went beyond the call of duty to make my stay special. I discovered after the first day that buses go from very near the hotel right up to the Louvre area and on to Montmatre which was very convenient. there were some neighborhood restaurants conveniently nearby and shopping areas very close also.

if you are claustrophobic, don't go there. rooms and corridors are small and narrow. walking along with luggage in both hands is not possible.

Staff were rather disorganised. The room wasnt ready when I arrived ca 4:30 p.m and there were considerable delays processing my credit card payment on an early morning departure

The hotel is in a very good location to visit Paris. Surroundings are nice, quiet and safe. Personnel of the hotel are polite and kind but some of them do not speak English. Rooms are rather small than advertised and almost lack of storage space. In my opinion the quality/price relation is a bit low.
