+ Room and bath room we're clean. size of room was enough for one person. close to metro station. - No lift! only one spiral staircase was unnerving because you don't get a full step to place your foot as you would with a standard staircase.

+ Friendly and helpful personel. excellent price/quality situation.

+ Easy to find and close to metro / rer for easy access to cdg and Orly airports - not to mention Stade de France - There is no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow, so this can be a problem if you have a large bag.

Rooms are very small and plain, but good for the price, and clean as well. We paid 40 Euro a night for a double with shared bath, and never had to wait for the toilet or shower. The location is rather shady, I wouldn't have felt safe walking around at night without my husband. My biggest complaint is the noise, you can hear everything and everyone. It was on a noisy street, plus it seemed like people clomped up and down the stairs late into the night. Although it is not near the touristy stuff, there is a Metro nearby so getting around is easy. Also, avoid the breakfast. It's 5 euro for coffee, juice and some bread. Not really worth it. If you are looking for something clean and cheap to just sleep in, then this place is good. Just be sure to bring some ear plugs.

this was a good urban hotel clean and practacle ideal location to visit paris

I recommend using a Paris map, the map on hotel website was not easy for me to use. Hotel is actually very close to train station, and easy to find using a proper map.

+ cleanliness and position

room is very small. there is no lift and we had to take our luggages to six floors through samll stairs. the only advantage is that there are restaurants, fastfood, and supermarkets nearby.
