This is very pleasant hotel. My room was very small but cozy, and the location of the hotel is really good.

Right around the corner from the train station. In a very busy area but it was quiet at night. Close to good eateries. I wish breakfast was cheaper but I ate elsewhere.

Shabby rooms that the photos didn't portray. Not the nicest area but handy to public transport.

This is a fairly basic hotel, but with airconditioning, in excellent location, and with welcoming staff. The windows are soundproof, but the room walls anf doors are not. The breakfast at E 8 is not worth the money. Some 80 meters in the direction of Gare de Montparnasse is the excellent supermarket INO with bakeries and other ammenities.

This is a small hotel very near the Gare Montparnasse and just across the street form Galleries Lafayette. The lobby is well appointed with new leather sofas and chairs. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful with directions. The Metro for lines 4,6,& 13 are close by, as is the stop for the Air France bus to Orly or Charles De Gaulle airports. The rooms with Air conditioning seem to be on the street side, which is terribly noisy if the window is open, but quiet if closed. The other room we saw only had a fan. The furnishings are old, but attempts have been made to refurbish them. Carpets seemed clean, an easy chair, minibar, and a new flat screen TV made it acceptable. It is in a convenient location, but the actual rooms don't look anything near approaching the photo on the web page.

+ Excellent position of the hotel, really near to Montparnasse railway station, Boulevard Montparnasse. - A bit more efficient soundproof window would be better, but it was rather good.

+ very kind personnel, clean room, and wifi (using orange) worked for me - a little bit noisy airconditioner
