what I liked is hotel's location and staff, safe area even at night, near restaurants, cafe's, shops, public transport particularly bus route 69 that for 1.30 euro each way will take you to the louvre, musee d'orsay and eiffel tower,other bus route will take you to Opera shopping district. Hotel has lovely helpful staff, room was clean, bed comfortable, and powerful shower. Only down side is lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, the marais is a busy urban area so if you like your window open traffic noise could be a problem (didn't bother us we loved ring of church bells from St. Pauls), if temperatures rise like any city I would worry about lack of air conditioning.

+ Good location next to large street with a lot of small shops, restaurants and subway. Good breakfeast. Rooms are nice and quite adequate for sleeping, but a bit small if you want to hang around (but hey, if you're visting Paris you shouldn't hang around

+ proximity to Le Marais rooms very clean - a little noisy due to situation erratic daily change of towels, e.g. sometimes 2 bath towels, soem other times, on1 bath but 2 hand towels, at others, no hand towels....
