Very friendly and welcoming personnel. Location is very convenient, close to the station and the city center,and still quiet in the room. The only trouble -no iron available, only ironing facilities, though at very reasonable price.

Checkin was smooth and room ready Over charged me by 24 Euro's and I only had the code number on the telephone!

A very well placed hotel if you are using the Gare du Lyons and are happy to explore around the Bastille area for a night.

I have found "my" hotel in Paris! Great location just opposite the Gare de Lyon Metro (only make sure you take the right exit). Outdoor cafes abound in a nice, safe neighborhood. Adequate breakfast with friendly service; elevator; double-pane windows and a WORKING air-conditioner. Our Quad room had one double bed and two rather narrow single beds (fine if you're not a big person). Clean bathrooms. Highly recommended hotel for a family travelling with children. Eating tip: wonderful hole-in-wall Chinese take-out/eat-in 5 minutes' walk away; from hotel, turn left on boulevard Diderot, left on rue de Lyon, right on rue Parrot.
