If you don't smoke, don't stay here. The entire room smelled like a big wet ashtray to the point that it was almost sickening. The bathroom was literally a renovated closet and the toilet was set on an angle so that in order to close the door you had to sit sideways on it. The room itself was very clean and the staff were friendly--no complaints in that dept, but the courtyard was loud at night. We have stayed in many 2 star hotels and, despite the good price and decent breakfast, this place was rather disappointing.

nothing special Hotel very hard to find. Several blocks from Metro stop. Very small hotel, furniture old. Not super clean, employees not friendly. Would not stay here again.

Location a bit too quiet, esp. during August and metro a few blocks walk. First nite could only find Indian restaurants open. While room & bathroom were large for Paris standards, the bathroom had not even one hook for a towel or shelf to put even a toothbrush. Small television and volume didn't work. Hotel still under renovation so hopefully these things will improve.

The room I booked was on the ground floor with a window facing the street. Any walker can look into the room. Excepted that good price vs service and location

Less than so so..... When I arrived before noon and try to check in but they said room is not ready and asked me go out for lunch and come back. I had to meet my friend and gone for at once and returned at 7:00PM and front person gave me wrong key and never apologized me, and front asked me wait at lobby so I have to wait until room is ready. The next morning other front person asked me to do register work again because the front paeson of last night losted my register paper. TV volume is locked(or broken) and too high.It was uncomfortable but I leave it there because I stayed for just two night. I never recommend this hotel and never stay this hotel again!!

Spring in Paris Hotel fine. Map showed it close to Cadet Metro station - actually quicker to walk direct from Paris Nord. Only complaint - the weather - but then you can't blame British Raid for that (the Eurostar crossing was great).

Loved Paris, Liked the Hotel It was only a very short walk to some lovely french cafes and souvenir shops. The Sacre and Moulin Rouge are also near by and definately worth a visit. There is also a Moulin Roiuge shop which is fantastic, we stumbled on this by accident as it is actually on the side street to the right of the Moulin Rouge.

Avoid this hotel I stayed here for 2 nights - the 2nd night I found that the hotel didn't clean the room at all. The bed was in the exact state I left it in that morning, the towels were on the floor as I had left them. When I raised this with the management I was told it was an error but that no compensation would be given. I was not impressed with this hotel - charging the same amount per night but with no cleaning service is not professional. Room was quite small but then you only get what you pay for.
