+ Very nice staff and clean hotel - Not the best location for sight seeing. it's about a 10 to 20 euro cab ride to the main attractions. also the shower doors are open at the bottom and no matter what you do or how hard you try there will be water all over the bathroom floor after you take a shower.

A friendly hotel and excellent location for transport links The hotel is in a very good area for transport links.. three Metro stations within 5 minutes walk and Gare de Montparnasse (for trips to Chartres and to Versailles) just round the corner. We also had a choice of good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. (Also a few rather dubious video shops, but easily ignored). The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The room was quite small but the bathroom was superb. No noise at all from street below and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But try to avoid a 9 o' clock breakfast, as it gets very busy then. It's best to choose a quieter time. We'd definitely use this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, would recommend If you are vegetarian you will find it hard to get a meal. La coupole on Blvd Montparnasse is a stunning restaurant and isnt overpriced, they do only have one vegetarian main course but it is the best veggie meal Ive ever had in Paris. If you eat fish try a seafood platter, they look impressive. Best creme Brulee in Paris is at L' emperial on the Rue du Rivoli.

I got another room than the pictures I saw on the internet. And they were renovating the hotel so it was a more a constructionarea than an hotel

The hotel was perfect located (quite street, a lot of restaurants, subway station 5 min). The rooms are very small, but for 2 persons it is OK. In this hotel we arrive again-was perfect.

Wanted to go in a 3 stars to change from standard 2 stars. But why it is a 3 stars? because there is hair dryer in room? I have no more than 2 words by employee in the entrance. I ask for a double I got a 3 small bed room. No really a good 2 stars is better than this hotel.
