+ Very close to metro & bus stops. very clean rooms although small. good value for the price. - The reservation mentioned continental breakfast included, but when we checked it turned out it was not. not big deal since there where other eating alternatives right around the corner.

Great Little Hotel This was an excellent hotel for the price. Centrally located, clean, efficient, and reasonable. Only 5 minutes from subway access. I would definitely stay there again. Traveler's tip on dining Check out the passaways between streets small cafe’s and great food.

It's a good hotel considering the price. It's very cosy, small but cute. It's in the heart of the food district so you can look around for great restaurants.

Nice for the Money We stayed a week and had very little troubles. The room is small as the bathrooms but if your going to Paris to stay in your room then this is not for you. Very close to most tourist spots, we never took the subway and saw everything we wanted. Staff speaks decent enough english to get you by. Traveler's tip on local attractions Be prepared to walk alot while in Paris.. A beautiful city

Very good value for central Paris The room was compact, but had everything we needed over a weekend. Helpful staff. Location meant we could walk to Gare du Nord for Eurostar, and could get to the central attractions quite easily by Metro.

Nice but small The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite small, but comfortable. We stayed in the fall, so the temperature was nice, but our room did not have air conditioning, so that might be something to consider in the warmer months. I would recommend NOT paying in advance for breakfast with your room. You can add on breakfast day-to-day for the same price. Most Paris attractions are not walking distance from this hotel, but are easily accessible on the metro. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay We took the RER B from CDG airport and then the 7 line on the metro. Rue de Riboutte is not on most maps. Get of the 7 line at Cadet, and walk up LaFayette towards McDonalds; the hotel is only a couple of blocks from the metro station. Traveling by metro is the easiest way to get around Paris. The weekly pass is a great deal, but it is for a calendar week (Monday-Sunday) so if you buy it mid-week you won’t get the best value.

Didn’t meet my expectations We were expecting much more of this hotel after reading its comments on Expedia. The room was very small, bathroom really small (difficult to get in) and very noise because of the subway that pass under the hotel and reception noise (kids). There’s better deals on the same block that offers more confort.

Good location and moderate prices The hotel is located near the Opera and just a few metro stops from city centre. Service was ok and I think for the money we paid we got a very value.
