Hotel Renoir

A lousy hotel in Paris If you enjoy the smell of Korean food and carrying up your luggage up three floors (elevator were broken), you are at the right hotel. The rooms are very old and no service at all. What a lousy expensive hotel.

- The service was appalling. Our room was not made up when we checked in and it seemed oh so difficult for the staff to attend to fixing it. We had no bath towels on one day and when we asked for them we were not provided with them

When we arrived, we were told that we the hotel had to book us at their sister hotel for our first night, which was 10 minutes away, and that we had to return the next day for our 2nd night, as that other hotel was booked for that night. This "welcome" was not a good thing! However, they did compensate with a lower rate and free breakfast, which they failed to tell the woman who was working during our checkout, and we had to pay the original price and leave a message for the manager. We'll see if our credit card gets credited!

+ Well it was a fair price for a decent hotel ( I paid 59 Euros for one night). The location of the hotel is not to bad and you easily reach the may attractions from the hotel. The overall look of the room was okay even if there were some scratches on the

+ Location. Excellent area for restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to trains and metro. - The near metro station nearby, where trains pass underneath the hotel can be somewhat disturbing for some people even if it didn't disturb me that much.

The price was very high considering the dated appearance of the room decor and their small size.

Service was very hepful and the hotel was ideally situated for my meeting and with access to the Metro. I would recommend this hotel.
