+ Location, friendly staff, quiet. - For the price, 125 euros/day, it had few amenities. No television, internet, shower curtain. If they are going to charge 21st century prices they should provide a room that has modern amenities and is efficient. Tinies

Extremely well located Value for money is extremely bad. Room and hotel is completely out fashion. Room furnitures, equipment and decoration could be described as before world war 2 style. For this price (more than 120 euro) you'd better go into a Ibis, Campanile or Best Western. I recommend you to avoid this hotel at any price.

The room was definitely more expensive than other places I stayed in Europe. I would say the quality was the same as a room I got in Madrid for 40 euros per night. They both had a bathroom ensuite, and there was internet access in the lobbies of both. However, the location of Recamier, next to Saint Sulpice, was excellent, and I would stay there again in the off-season when it's cheaper. The guy who worked the night shift at the front desk was very friendly and helped me with my French.

+ Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. - The fact you have to be back in hotel at before 2 a.m. or after 6 a.m. because reception does not operate between these hours so you will not get in after night escapade. We have chosen a hotel and not some
