Excellent concierge staff and housekeeping staff. Beautiful wood paneling and stained glass windows in stairways. The rooftop is fine dining with a view to kill for. What an evening that is for a memorable dinner. Sammie the concierge is a keeper. My English learning maid would leave notes on my pillow. Quaint!

This always great hotel has become even better. The concierge staff (ask for Yannick) met our every need ranging from impossible to get dinner reservations at first rate hotel reservations in Avignon, Nice and Milan.

I specifically loved the location and the ammenities in the delux double alcove room with the romance package. We got a bottle of champagine and rose pettals on the bed, but for the price it was almost expected. I and 2 girlfreinds stayed there for our parisean excursion and we all had an amazing time. Complete excellence, the staff doted on us, brought us dvd's, tampons (as a travel companion had an early visitor) AND tried to get our train tickets changed for us. This hotel is featured in Wes Andersons "Hotel Chevlier" a companion film to the Darjeeling Limited. The bathroom and tub is beautiful and comfortable. This hotel harkens back to a romantic paresian time and thoroughly enhanced our time in Paris. The staff were more than helpful, the rooftop terrace alone should be a sight to see when in paris as it has views of both the effle tower and the arc de triomph.

This hotel was one of the greatest hotels i have ever been too in my life. I would say this one is the best. The beds, jeez the beds were great I slept so good once I hit the bed I fell asleep. The Food was the best I have tasted ever. The drinks were good cold when needed to be cold and warm when needed to be warm. The service was awesome too once you asked for something you got it in the shortest possible time. I would inform anyone coming to Paris take this opportunity to stay in the greatest hotel ever.
