Great Budget hotel for Paris Located in clean, safe suburb of Paris, walking distance to RER train station, about 30 minutes train ride from the city center, staff very friendly and speak english, room clean and comfortable, fairly small room for three adults with typical all plastic bathroom but overall very good value, a lot of the other hotel guests during our stay were English or Dutch tourists, so it was a fun environment. Traveler's tip on dining try "Canard D’ Or" (Golden Duck) Chinese restaurant next to the RER station. Excellent food at a good price.

Not impressed Hotel room allocated to me was not cleaned and on entering the room I was shocked so see the state of the room. Later on bringing this to their notice they gave me a different room which was smaller than what I had reserved.

Good Value if you are prepared. The family room was extremely lean but good and functional. There was a lack of eletrical plugs for charging stuff. However, the most uncomfortable element was the bathroom, which was a tiny stall. It was about what you would find in planes (was smaller than the ones in an RV).

decent hotel if you’re travelling on the cheap The hotel is a fair distance from Paris itself, but the transport system is really good. Caught the metro everyday (the station is about a 7 - 10 min walk from the hotel and the metro is very easy to figure out once someone helps you). Prob a good place for people to stay if they are going to Paris Disneyland. Still, if i were to go back to Paris I would stay here again because its great pricing and its easy to find your way! Traveler's tip on recreational activities If you want to see mostly Paris, once you get to Gare De Nord train station there is a tourist info booth that sells tickets to a Hop on - Hop off tour bus company that was pretty handy. There is a stop for the tour bus just outside Ger Du Nord station also, so it#s not like you have to travel alot further to start the tour.

You get what you pay for. We were booking a trip on a budget and found this hotel for a very cheap price. It was only a 10 minute drive from Disneyland so we booked. We were very disappointed with this hotel. The hallways smelled like urine, and make sure you ask for a non-smoking room in advance. Our mattress was so saturated with cigarette smoke that our clothes and hair smelled like an ash tray when we got up. The bathroom looked like an airplane lavatory and one of the two tiny light bulbs were burnt out. There is not much food around the hotel unless you eat in the hotel restaraunt across the parking lot. This is not a kid friendly hotel. Maybe good for teenagers/young adults looking for a cheap place to crash. If you are bringing your children to Disneyland, it is worth staying at one of the Disney Hotels. The hotel is fairly easy to find, it’s right off the motorway. The guy at the reception desk was friendly, he even ordered a pizza for me. Spend the extra money to stay at one of the Disney Hotels.

Bare bones but serviceable This hotel is minimalist at best but clean and serviceable for a short stay. Can’t beat the price for the area. Rooms are very small and sparsely furnished but a short walk from the RER train station and two stops from the Disneyland Resort. No frills but a clean room.
