Great location Our family was little worried at first since it was in the Montmarte area but the rooms were quiet and their were other families in the hotel.

Reasonable unexciting B&B located in lively night-time area, some way from the more conventional tourist attractions.Neat simple and old-fashioned. Tiny reception with bar service. Small comfortable sitting area. 2 simple breakfast rooms. No restaurant.1¼ mls NE of Place de la Concorde, on busy road lined with musical instrument shops; next to lively evening entertainment in Pigalle. Variety of restaurants, bars and clubs in vicinity. Bus stop 150 yds. Metro Pigalle 100 yds."

great location and nice hotel

comfotrable Nice hotel though is in the red light district and at bereakfast were not enough tables for the people that were there

good continental breakfast. more attention to things like the correct number of towels in rooms, etc. front desk people were knowledgeable and helpful.

You get what you pay for As the euro is weak the beer/lager was 6 pounds a pint! Look out for happy hour where you could get a pint of guiness for 3 pounds.

Not impressed Do not take children to this hotel or area.

In all my years travelling through Europe, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is not at all deserving of its three star + rating. Have stayed in far better one star hotels than this. The (double) room was so tiny, that the doors of the ensuite and wardrobe could not fully open. The external door into the courtyard remained unlocked, because the hotel had lost the key. The ensuite was so small, you have to sit sideways on the toilet. Lights remained broken and unchanged for the four days we were there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There were few things to recommend this hotel. It does allow 3 people in a room and this is the only reason we stayed there. I did not like the location at all. I would not stay there again unless there are more than three people to be in the room.

Central location Definitely was at one time a good hotel. Still shows signs of greatness. Staff was helpful. Close to the subway system. Breakfast was good. Traveler's tip on local attractions Easy access to most things by subway only 2-3 blocks away.
