Clean, simple, and basic hotel The hotel was o.k. for our purposes. We did not want to enter Paris by car and searching for parking spaces etc. We could park our car without additional fee. The walk to the local railway station in Goussainville is 10 min. The commute to Paris with the regional train RER takes 20 to 30 min. The hotel itself is simple but clean. The bed was awful: it is too soft (cheap mattress) and does not give any support. My husband and I slept on the "fringes" otherwise we would have ended up in the "hole" in the middle. The hotel is located in a rather bleak, industrial area with fast food restaurants close by such as KFC and Mc Donalds. Don’t take the breakfast - get a baguette or croissant at the local bakery close to the railway station. Hotel staff is friendly. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks We bought day tickets at the railway station in Goussainville, which are good for all RER trains and metros in Paris. It gave us a lot of freedom to see many parts of Paris. If you have some time go to the old city center of Goussainville.

60 Euro return by taxi from the Airport.(as opposed to free shuttle bus from other hotels). No shower curtain, water pressure too low, dribble from shower was inefficient (but kept the floor dry). Room was half painted, and the carpet was painted. Dirty overall. Friendly staff (see british Sitcom Fawlty Towers).

It's not at the Charles de Gaulles airpot. The way from Roissy Pole by #32 bus took 30 min. The morning taxi from Median to airport took 38 euros. There is no advantage to stay here, very far from Paris, but not close the airport at all :(

Expensive for what it provides This hotel is mediocre Also, being quite far from the Airport and having no shuttle, the taxi ride one way is of the order of 26 Euros. That makes the stay quite expensive
