Our family of nine stayed at this hotel and were treated warmly. The hotel is on the side of Notre Dame and in Latin quarter. It extremely convenient for dining and inexpensive shopping. We walked to Luvre, Musee D'orsey and Saint Chappell but had to take Metro to Champ Elysee, Arch of Triumph and Eiffel Tower. For serious and up scale shopping at St Honore or Lafayette, it was a little far.

Wonderful place to stay This was a great, comfortable place to stay right in the middle of the city. We stayed for 12 days and felt right at home. The staff was helpful, accommodating and gracious -- everyone seemed to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Location I thought the hotel was in a great location. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks We saved a few dollars by walking to La Bon Marche and picking up food at La Grande Epicerie gourmet shop. They have a wonderful pastry department, water is much more reasonable (we stocked up and put it in our mini bar), and some great cheese and wine for cocktail hour and we were ready for our trip on the Seine River.

Great Location on quiet street Tough to beat the location. Rooms aren’t large by any means, but they are quiet, clean and nicely decorated. Wouldn’t hurt if they added an english speaking channel to the TV selection, as my wife was sick part of our stay and stuck in bed...

a gem in the latin quarter helpful staff, comfortable beds, great location. Breakfast was expensive but there are lots of local cafes that serve breakfast. Traveler's tip on local attractions walking distance to many attractions and easy access to the metro.

loved it The location was fantastic for sightseeing and exploring the left bank as well as being just across the Seine from Nortre Dame, the Louvre, and Ile de la Cite. It is close to many wonderful bistros and cafes. The lounge is lovely and comfortable. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay The breakfast, in a quaint room downstairs, is a buffet that is quite overpriced. There are lots of nice cafes close by where you can have breakfast and people watch at the same time. The hotel is small and the rooms vary; best to book a suite or superior room.
