+ Staff went above and beyond to provide forevery request. A transportation strike was on and the Manager took it upon herself to drive me to my meeting.

+ De aankleding van het hotel, ook de kleinschaligheid - There was a small bottle of mineral water on the first day in the room but that apparently was only for the first day although this was not explained until there was no water on the second night.
