Good location, bad everything else The rooms are very dirty, and the housekeeping staff are awful. They don’t clean the carpets or prepared the room for us before we checked in (we only found the services directory the day before we checked out). When my friend was taken ill and requested some hot soup to be brought up, the staff said they did not do that. We also almost missed our flight out because the staff did not have the full information on the fast train to CDG. All in all, they should knock off all the stars and just advertise the hotel as a place to sleep and bathe, and nothing else. Traveler's tip on shopping Don’t forget to check out Marne La Vallee Village, a factory outlet shopping haven, off the mall next door. The hotel’s strategic location is the only plus.

Value for money On a scale to 1 at 10 the hotel is around 8.5-9. One of the two elevators was out of service a whole weekend. After my impresion the breakfast was a little expansive and for the other meals the offer was "thin". The room was large and very clean. Not balcony but it wasn`t a problem. One by one I will stay here again in next trip there. Good location for Disneyland. Around 1 hour with RER to centre of Paris. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Use the Mall across the street to serve the dinner and lunch because is cheaper and various than inside the hotel.

Great Location The hotel restaurant is quite overpriced for the available menu choices, and although the breakfast buffet is large it is difficult to get a meal worth the price. The hotel is literally across the street from a giant mall with many food choices and better prices. The hotel is 100 meters from the train station with direct access to downtown Paris every 10-20 minutes or so -- it’s about a 30 minute ride. Disney is one stop the other direction. Hotel room is basic for 3 stars, but if you planned on spending all your time in the room you would book a 5 star hotel. Lots of kids running about in the lobby, but you ARE near Disney. Parking garage is secure and underground. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Buy the day pass for the public transportation. It includes the regional train, metro, and bus for unlimited rides. You can get to within about 200m of anywhere you want to go this way and it sure beats spending 12 hours walking.

Good location but unhelpful hotel staff Travel to and from the hotel is very convenient using the RER and TGV trains Disneyland is 1 RER stop away from the hotel. The Disneyland train station is 1 TGV stop away from CDG. The Val d’Europe train station is right across the street from the hotel. All this is very convenient, but the hotel staff does not mention this at all. The promote and only suggest taking taking the shuttle buses which is not convenient with only limited travel times. Overall the location of the hotel and hotel design are very nice, but anything related to the hotel satff customer service is minimal. They offered poor recommendations for travel, we had an extra cot in our room that was not removed and was in the way, stains on the comforter, old blankets, require a deposit for use of the in-room safe, no mini-bar even though it was advertised in the in-room hotel guide, did not provide park vouchers without asking. If you are self-sufficient, this is a good hotel to stay to visit Disenyland. If you would need any amount of advice from the hotel staff, you should stay at anohter place. The employees do not go out of their way to help you. Traveler's tip on dining If you are going to Disneyland, we recommend eating at the restaurants near the park. Very limited eating options near the hotel and most close very early.
