+ Good, tranquil location in Wagram district of Paris, near Monmarte. - Thin walls would mean possible noise problems. Didn't experience too much of this, however.

a one night stay We expected the room to be small, but not as small as it was. Expect the bathroom to be tiny. Not that it really matters, but there's only about 6 channels on the tiny LCD TV they have. Service on the other hand was excellent, extremely friendly. And there is breakfast served in the morning, but it wasn't really worth it - there's a really nice bakery nearby that is a must.

Unremarkable B&B, well out of the way for tourists. Well kept and bright. Open-plan communal area has wooden reception desk, modern breakfast room and comfortable sitting area with TV. No restaurant. Rooms refurbished 2003.2 mls NW of Place de la Concorde, on quiet side street in featureless residential area. A few restaurants, cafes and everyday shops nearby. Bus stop 15 yds. Metros Malsherbes and Villiers, both ¼ ml."

Good clean basic hotel. Staff not accommodating, some staff were quite rude and acted like it was the last place they wanted to be. Not good considering they work in the hospitality industry!

Basically good value for money considering the prices in Paris. The staff are not too welcoming, but do their job. If you want to have a cot in the room, you must phone ahead we noted it on the booking form and was told that wasn't good enough (when we arrived). The rooms are clean, but small. Travelling with an infant and 3yearold, it was a bit of a challenge to fit in one room. The room could not fit the cot and space on the floor for the child without blocking the door. However, as said at the beginning, basically value for money. Hotel rooms in Paris are expensive and small and these are clean.
