1. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They kept trying to change rooms on us, telling us that we had to change to another room (which was identical to the one we were already in) because another guest would be arriving that made their reservation before we made ours. Their scheduling system made no sense at all. They refused to speak English to us until the 3rd day we were there (the same person had previously refused to speak English, and then suddenly learned to speak it overnight). 2. The hotel was overpriced. Everynight we were there they advertised a lower price (by 100 Euro) than what we paid. 3. The rooms were not very clean.

Horrible hotel. It's not a 3* stars but I would never give it 1*. It's terribly located in the Jewish quarter. At our late arrival the wantes us to pay in advance the whole journey otherwise they would have debited our card. No documents were asked so no registrations...very strange??!!!They charge us 2€ per luggage to keep it during our day of deparute in the lobby. Terrible people at the front desk, very unpolite.Never go to this hotel.

People working at the reception were friendly and uncomplicated The sanitary equipment and shower curtain in the bathroom could have been more clean.

Terrible. The boss is too crankish\rude\unpolite. Room looks dirty so that we did not take off coat. Porch is dark and scruffy. It is excessively that checking the credit card must pay 2 Euro. I never stay the hotel and never recommend.

Paris is expencive, so you can only expect a bed and a cleen room. That is what we had. For the first time I have been asked if I wanted to pay for the room in my local currency. I saved 5€ when I said no. The rooms are verry small and old, but it was central in Paris.
