Great Location and Price This is a very good, basic hotel right near Gare du Nord - no fancy amenitites, but clean. The front-desk staff speaks several languages. I would definitely go back.

Street Noise was terrible! This is a non air-conditioned room so we had to sleep with the windows wide open. The road is very busy and unfortunately didn’t calm down at all through the night. We woke up several times during the night and couldn’t sleep past 5am because it was so loud. We didn’t expect anything great because it was only a two-star hotel. Since we were only staying in Paris for one night we thought that we wouldn’t really be in our room long enough to pay more for something nicer, but trying to sleep through the noise was really ridiculous. Also, the shower was really gross. Like it hadn’t been cleaned...ever. It was only a minute from the Gare du Nord which was convenient for us. And the staff was really nice and spoke english.

Can`t go back The room is small as well as the bathroom. The floor was about to collapse. Very inconvinient due to the noise coming from the street. Didn`t value the price Traveler's tip The good thing about staying at this hotel is its promiximity to Gare Du Nord Train Station where you can get the Metro for different destinations in Paris and trains to England. Also there are some restaurants and fast food shops in the area.

+ The de maubeuge hotel was very close to gare du nord which is the station for the metro, rer, and taxis. the rer went directly to charles de gaulle airport. - The cleaning staff did a minimal job, oftentimes not leaving fresh soap/shampoo or changing towels daily. our room smelled of smoke and we were told to open a window.

Location Location Location! Terminus du Nord, directly across the street from the Gare du Nord, is a very nice restaurant. It's a bit pricey, but the food was quite good, and the staff dealt well with my limited knowledge of the French language.

Small but clean room, a little too close to the lift door, a few customers noisy a bit in the night. Arrived late, left early, so no other comment ! (didn't test the breakfast,etc...) I looked for a place close to Gare du Nord : on this point, it's perfec
