We loved it This hotel is located in a prime location and within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from the heart of Champs Elysees and my family and I couldn’t ask for anything more. This hotel is surrouned with restaurants, bars and designer stores and is within about 15 minuites walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe. If you to wine and dine and like to spend your nights on Champs Elysees and looking for nice and not a very crowded hotel, this hotel could be one of your choices to consider. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks If you plan to go to this hotel and like to save a few bucks, you can take the air port shuttels to the Arc de Triomphe and take a taxi to the hotel. If you are traveling light and can find your way to the hotel, then you can walk. If your breakfast is not included in your hotel deal, then ask the hotel staff for their breakfast cost. I found it that it is a lot easier to have the breakfast in the hotel than to go out for a lesser breakfast and more money.

Room a bit small, shower not very good, towel supply a bit hit and miss. Would definately go back Get the hotel staff to recommend a suitable local restaurant serving your prefence of fayre. There may be a bit of cross business going on, however the ones we were recommended were good value and good quality.

Great location. Friendly staff This is a great location just a couple of blocks off Champ D’Elysses and the Metro, near fabulous shopping and wonderful cafes. When you check in, they will try to upgrade you (for a price, of course!). Their breakfast is too expensive and there are plenty of cafes nearby with good food for less money. Our favorites were Le Monte Cristo and Le Grand Corona.

Good place to stay Service was good and the hotel is in a great location and full of character. Very close to the Champs Elysees and a pretty good deal overall. Next time we visit Paris I’d consider staying in the Latin Quarter close to Notre Dame. That area has as much character and is better priced with great dining and shopping. You can still visit the main attactractions with ease. However, if you want to be very centrally located at a good price, the Claridge is the way to go. Traveler's tip Don’t confuse this Hotel Claridge with the more expensive one that is directly on the Champs Elysees. Our cab driver took us to the wrong one which we immediately realized was out of our budget! The two are only a couple of hundred yards apart.

average at best For the price one pays this hotel is certainly not value for money. The location is great but thats about it. Service is pretty poor. Rooms are very mall for the amount you pay. Paris great but there are better hotels to be honest

Overall great experience Hotel was very nice and in classic French style. Modern bathroom, and the staff was very friendly helpful and spoke great English. Rooms are small but certainly adequate. Right on the Champs so close to the action, and a metro ride away from everything. Would definitely stay there again. Staff let my daughter’s friend pick up her lost luggage there, even though she wasn’t a guest! Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks The Euro is so much stronger than the dollar right now, so Paris is even more expensive than usual. Invest in a tour book that gives details on the Metro, and take it! ( Try the eyewitness series.) Very safe and busy. The hotel will request a deposit for "incidentals" even though the room is paid so be prepared.

I stayed in the hotel for New Year's Eve. The room that I had did have a little view of the Eiffel Tower, but it wasn't as promised on the web page. The accomodations were luxurious, but not exactly worth the price paid. The continental breakfast was e

Watch for the room you are making a reservation for The hotel is very good. The only problem is that they have very small rooms. So be sure for the room you are making the reservation for.

Excellent Hotel Paris has a fantastic Metro system once you get your head round it! Well worth taking time to work out all the different lines to allow you to move round the city quickly and cheaply.
