The Concierge was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was so helpful when a problem arose and always eager to give directions or make suggestions. He certainly represented the hotel in a professional manner. Great location.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff which greets you with an awesome breakfast (for an extra price of 12 EUR/person) in the morning or warm words after returning from sightseeing. Close to public transport and major sites, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, even a 'frommagerie' for those who cannot resist the temptations of french cheese. And: Hotel is prepared to accommodate guests who arrive without an umbrella in the city.

This hotel was good value for money. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Area is quiet and walking distance to the city centre -10 min to Arch de Triumph. However, room was very small and dark, and bed was too small for my husband. Foyer area is also small and modest. Still, for Paris hotel prices I think this was a good choice. When you are in Paris, you do not spend too much time in a hotel room anyway!
