We forgot some items in the locker in the room .The staff found them and shipped them to us free of charge which we think tells a lot about the hotel

Best breakfast I ever met in Paris. (Actually it IS a breakfast and not only a coffee and a croissant). Super rooms, very comfy, all new. If rates will up raise up to 200/ night for a single after renovation, I'll be gone.

The overall saty was comfortable. The property was somewhat disappointing with regard to our expectations from the web photographs and value for money. I was prepared to pay a little extra to make my stay in Paris more special, but unfortunately it turned out just to be average. The property while ok, was in some need of updating and modernising. Some areas were in need of refurbishment ie. broken tiles in the bathroom etc. The breakfast area was quite small. No reference was made to young children being charged for full breakfast, when only having a glass of juice and a croissant. Staff were no very friendly. On arrival, 9.00pm, we had to wait to have to wait on our room key, as it couldnt be found! The breakfast staff were not very heplful, given we had young children with us. The location is quite good. The only drawback is that the property is on a side street and difficult to locate. We had a taxi driver and still had trouble finding the street.
