Great if you have kids This hotel is great if you have young children - the furniture is pre-worn and stained, so you should have no concerns about them damaging it. The pool is unsupervised, except supposedly by apathetic parents, so your children can make mayhem to their hearts’ content. Breakfast is a game of dodge-em as you sit at pre-sticky tables with torn upholstery, trying to stomach the undercooked eggs and bacon. In short, it’s a great place to feel at home with young ones, since they can’t damage it much further! Traveler's tip on local attractions If using Park Hopper passes for Disneyland Resort and Studios parks, hit the Studios first, as it has fewer rides and only one with a Fast Pass. Be sure to take your motion sickness pills for Space Mountain!

Perfect hotel in perfect location...

nice hotel,. good regular shuttle buses to Disney, only 5min drive. Lovely room, big bathroom. comfy bed. Highly recommend

our experience here was not a good one. the service at this hotel was appauling, and the food was horrible. i have stayed at many hotels in my time and this rates as one of the worst (3, 4 or 5 star hotels). we were there for 4 days & 3 nights, so got a fair idea of how things were run. there seemed to be no room service, no phone receptionist, and no phone operator that could help... when endeavouring to call from our room, on several occasions there was no answer and on another occasion that we got thru, the gentleman put us on hold for around 15 minutes to which we then just hung up. when we were in the reception foyer being attended to, the phone was ringing... i asked the receptionist if she wanted to answer the phone and she just said no and HUNG UP ON THEM! the food in the bar tasted old and chewy and the 29€ per head buffet dinners were a big let down. i found myself most enjoying to eat the chicken nuggets which were designed for the kids meals as the rest of dinner wasn't very nice. i guess as a family place to stay, it would be ok as it caters for young children (which all these disneyland hotels do anyway), but for anyone else, please think twice."

Good location but rather poor service.

Very nice for a European hotel This hotel is located about a 5-10 min free shuttle ride from Eurodisney parks. The room was very nice and comfortable; very surprised the bed was nice and comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was nice for European standards. Would go back again...
