Hospitality.Expensive.“Great location and helpful personals.”

The La Defense Hilton front desk staff are very polite and friendly, truly deserved as a 5-star hotel. The hotel location is 1-minute away from the La Defense's shopping mall/metro and train station, where you can get everything from a-z. The buffet breakfast is the best that we have got among the Paris hotels. Last but not least, the concierge staff handling the temporary storage of my luggage after check-out is extremely helpful. The only defect is the movable shower in the bathroom, which is faulty and water leaking, we have reported to the front desk, and as told, the technician will fix it and nothing has happened.

not that impressed with room, staff was great The mall was right across the courtyard from the hotel, and the metro was just outside the hotel. It was very easy to get where you wanted to be!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was a great place to relax, especially on business. It was located right by the metro station in the main business district, which was a big plus. The mall across the street was really convenient. The room was clean and spacious, but not mind blowing.

Strange smell, like damp, when entering the romm although no visible evidence. Price of beer in the bar is very expensive.

Can't wait to go back! Since the hotel is located so close to the Metro don't rent a car or use taxi. You don't even need to take the shuttle from the airport. The train takes you straight to the hotel.

Full English breakfast available, location excellent (directly at the train station, 4 minutes to the Champs-Elysees, personnel very friendly and supportive especially when travelling with babies.

Excellent in every way.

Great hotel based on American standards. Large rooms and posh features. However, the hotel is not easily accessible by car. The entrance is in an obscure location that only the hotel staff can find. On the other hand, if you are traveling by metro, it is a great location and easy to find.
