We really like the location and the hotel was nicer than expected. Upon arrival they told us they had made a mistake and they were putting us in a different room than we had booked which we were okay with. The next day we came back to our room to see our belongings were gone and some one else's belongings were in the room. We went down to the desk and they had moved all of our stuff to the room we originally booked. We were okay with the room change but were upset that no one had communicated to us that it was going to be happening and they just moved our stuff.

Very convenient for Gare de l'Est and Gare de Nord, but the traffic was horrendous because of roadworks.

We found the Hotel very easily as it is quite close to the train station. We took the Eurorail from London. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and provided lots of information on Paris. The area was a little too far to walk to the sightseeing areas, but the train was close and very fast. If we returned to Paris we would spend the extra money to be closer to the city.

My wife and my selv had 4nights at Grand Hotel de Paris,we injoyed the visit and the sty. The hotel is very OK ,we recomed it for its price and servises,...TO YOU INJOY YOUR STY
