Enjoyed the stay We enjoyed the roominess, cleanliness and knowlegable staff. Also enjoyed the air conditioning. Near Metro. Construction in the area gave the taxi a problem in locating the hotel entrance. Better directions should be available.

the was smaller than the video made it look. the bed was old and the comforter was torn. the bedsheets didn't get changed once during our entire stay of 7 days. we were given one cup worth of instant coffee and when we asked for more they refused saying it was a welcoming gift only. the tv was small and old and the dvd player didn't work. our room did not get cleaned at all on our last 2 days there because the manager said they had no cleaning service on the weekends and if wanted fresh towels to come down to the desk and ask for them. the furniture was covered in dust and every aspect of our stay was disappointing for what we paid.

not for families bring food for breakfast and dinner since there are not a lot of restaurants that are close by. if you walk a bit you can find nice places to eat and are child friendly.

not for families we picked this hotel b/c of the kitchenette and the one bedroom. the bedroom was so small you could barely walk around the bed. The hotel was otherwise good, not worth what we paid but not too bad. though i would not recommend it for families since it is difficult to get around with a stroller. it would be easier to stay somewhere closer to the attractions if traveling with a family. the hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. also the hotel is quite difficult to find if driving there. bring food for breakfast and dinner since there are not a lot of restaurants that are close by. if you walk a bit you can find nice places to eat and are child friendly.

Utterly disappointing - would not set foot in the place again Don't stay at this hotel and don't stay in La Defence unless you are happy to pay for a taxi back into the centre of Paris.

Very good hotel , extremely safe area Excellent for families, very safe area, secure underground parking (fee), the area and the hotel is very secure with security guards , and a dog (after midnight in the parking), the rooms are ok, to be honest , they were better than expected, but rather small. the appartment is very clean and the furniture is above average, fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom has (L’occitane) products. The area is very nice and safe. the only disadvantage about the location is that it was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, as I drove to Paris from Germany. and the hotel is not listed in the most recent navigators. the staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms and the hotel were kept very clean

good place to stay, esp. if you really like red carpets . . . If you’re planning on driving to Fraiser Suites, don’t use your GPS navigator, nor should you count on your common sense. Roll down your window and ask someone how to get there, otherwise the beginning of your experience could be frustrating. The hotel itself was pleasantly surprising: most of the staff speaks English, French, and some speak other languages as well. There is a nice gym, laundry machines, parking (not so easy to find), and metro station and a supermarket nearby. There is a cafeteria at the lobby. Fantastic location for working at La Defense and one metro station from the RER A. There is always someone at the reception, so there is no worry about getting in at late hours. The cleaning staff is efficient, and you will find new towels every day. I wouldn’t count on the sheets though. My blanket was torn from day 1 and they never replaced it. The Aircon works 24/7 and there is NO way to shut it off. I don’t know whether they have heating, but when I was there (May 2008), it was not operational. The rooms get cold, and rooms that face the highway have noise from the cars, but it’s not so bad. The rooms are comfortable, and efficient. And the facility is safe. It’s a big plus to have your own kitchen facilities. Good for business trips, and the 1+ BR suites are good for families. Ahh and if you really like red carpets this is definitely the place to choose.
