A Fantastic Stay! I was worried about the hotel after reading some of the comments but was very pleasantly surprised. We paid for a superior room which I think means the decor was nicer than some of the other rooms ( I did take a peek). The room was small (space around the double bed) and the bathroom was very small - there was no shower cubicle so the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower. However it was very clean, a fantastic location - walking distance of Notre Dame, and the Louvre and our room was at the back of the hotel so very very quiet. Great Breakfast and friendly staff - would definately recommend it and stay there again!

Location!! This Hotel was terrific. It seems to have had a major overhaul with all current amenitities. The rooms were small but we weren’t in it except to sleep. The location is fantastic. There’s a litte square 1 block down with 5 restaurants and it’s at the edge of Le Marais. Breakfast at the hotel was good and convenient. Visit their website. There’s cute 2nd floor parlor. We’re in our 50’s and stayed a week. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay The Seine is 3 blocks over...a nice evening stroll. We walked everywhere. Paris is a tourist city. The Metro is close but you miss the flavor of Paris. Buy a museum pass,a pack of 10 Metro tickets, set your itenerary and walk. Don’t forget the storefront crepes and pastries!

We stayed in this hotel last week. The rooms are small (compared to US rooms) and they could use serious updating. However, they were clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The included breakfast is nice. The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing and close to a metro stop.

excellent location! very hard to find the first time, especially when INFO from the airport tells you to go find by walking around once get off from subway. Rooms are small which we expect to be like this as this is PARIS! But inside the superior room is big enough for both of us to stay and clean. Our view is nice though because we got the RIVOLI street. But windows are great. They reduces the noise of traffic. There are plenty of restaurants on the street nearby the hotel. Don't worry about eating. We got chinesse food right next the hotel door as well. STARBUCKS is just a couple blocks away. I recommend this hotel to couples who have limits time of traveling and budget.

Convenient base for central Paris The France Louvre is on the Rue de Rivoli very close to the Hotel de Ville (Paris Town Hall). It is quite a small hotel with limited cat-swinging room - but very handy for the Louvre, other attractions nearby and for the main purpose of our visit which was to see the last day of Le Tour de France.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days after my business trip. Room size : OK due to its location Service : The receiptionist is helpful and polite. Facilites : TV remote & alarm is out of order. Lift is very small and just fit one person with luaggage. Bath room is small too but OK. Not enough power plug. Cleanliness : Big problem part!! The blanket is full of cigarrete smell (i.e. I am non-smoke person). The carpet is too old and looks dirty. The rest is so so... Breakfast : cakes + coffee 3 in one (x2) /per day (The breakfast was taken in the room)
