Exclusive Hotel Saint Paul

I asked my girlfriend to marry me there, i think it says it all...

When you're on vacation, your hotel must be a restful place to return to after a long day. By every measure, the Saint Paul is just this.

Location, location, location! Orly, by RER via St. Anthony to Luxembourg 40min. Walk to hotel 5 min. Room 24 excellent. Breakfast €12 extra. All in all satisfactory.

My husband stayed her for 2 weeks in May 2005 and were absolutely thrilled and amazed. The location is perfectly centralized - there is so much to do in the walking area around the hotel. The staff was very helpful and very considerate :) We are definitely going to go back and stay there again. The rooms were good size and we got a room with a tub that was very nice to have after walking around Paris all day :) Great location between Odeon & Luxemborg. So easy to get around the entire area from here.

This was the first time at Hotel Saint Paul (7-11/03/2007). Really an excellent experience, clean, quite, spacious rooms, near the most interests sites, 5 minutes walking from Latin Quarter.

+ The hotel staff was excellant and extremely helpfulful. The location was great on a small side street a few blocks from rue St Germain with easy acces to metro stops and the train to the airport.

On a quiet street - which is a blessing in this part of town- the staff are the most helpful I've come across, especially in Paris, where the default mode is snooty. Bags of character and a laundromat close by for long term travellers. Perfect, but not cheap, same as anywhere in Paris.

It was a lovely hotel, unfortunately it was extremely hot in Paris, up to 39 degrees and the room was not air conditioned. There were no fans available for the room and with the windows open it was a too noisy to get much sleep at all. We loved the hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but for a hotel in Paris in mid Summer, we now know to look for one with Air Conditioning. It was a bit pricey for a room without Air Conditioning. Location is fantastic. We felt extremely safe in that area and lots of help from the staff for directions and a great recommendation for dinner at the Restaurant around the corner.
