All of the staff was extremely helpful. They offered recommendations for excellant, inexpensive meals and even advised us about the tipping customs - tips are generally included in the price and so extra tips are not necessary. The room was small but elegantly decorated. The bathroom was generous by European standards. The combination tub shower offered more room than other accomodations we had in Europe. The location - just steps beyond the Metro entrance allowed us to easily see all of the sights of Paris. We had the breakfast at the hotel one morning. They offered an excellent variety of food, but we felt it was a bit expensive at 13Euros per person. There were bakeries and restaurants within walking distance and even the Eiffel tour could be reached by walking in 15 to 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel has great location, the service is nice and friendly. The rooms are right for the kind of hotel and price. I am always happy both when I travel alone or with company.

The room had no light and I had to call the reception desk; the water did not drain out the bathtub, really disgusting. The overall aspect of the room was dirty and old.

A well located property with typically small Parisian bedrooms. Very accommodating for our small baby. Staff were very helpful. But on the downside the bed was not at all comfortable. Metro stop right outside the door of the hotel.

The bed sheets had a few stains, ie were not well cleaned. During my 2 nights stay they were not changed. On the other hand the hotel location is excellent for those visiting UNESCO and the cost is reasonable (€100/night) +€13 for the breakfast (quite slim in its offerings). For 2 scrambled egs I paid another €3.

the only "bad" comment is the Spaciousness of the rooms, they are too small.

Hotel employees were very helpful. All spoke English - at least as well I speak French. A big help for my family.
