our 2nd visit,new hotel therefor very very clean, tiny rooms,breakfast not included,close to metro station,10min walking distance to Blv Haussemann,where many shops and department store are therefor perfect for us, will stay there again

newly refurbished hotel,rooms,as usuall for paris,very samall. we had a deluxe double on the top floor which was a n attic room breakfast was ok. would stay there again if price doesnot go up

Room was very hot. No A/C. I have to open the window for the night. But the street is very noisy. I don't think my wife and I ever fell asleep. It is awful. Yahoo charged me when I booked this hotel. But the hotel personnel insisted that I have to pay again. It will be another challenge to get my overpayment back.

+ location - Bedroom was small, bathroom small (wc room was large), cheaper hotels in area offering breakfast as well in price.

Hotel is good. Location is also reasonable.

This hotel is great. It is in a great location. Easy access to Rome station. There is several shops around, Groceries, bakery, pharmacy etc. Priced well. The staff is very friendly and speaks multiple languages. So for the French impaired this is the placed to be. The Rome station can take to you the Eiffle tower, Arc de triumph, louvre, muse d'orsay is just a couple of stops. Would recommend to anyone especially for the budget mineded. Tell them the Marcums sent you!

This Parisian Hotel was a GREAT suprise. I have stayed in Paris many times and this has been the best 3star hotel. Although the rooms are small like any room in Paris, they are spotless clean and with all necessary amenities. I was in room 505 and I am not sure if all of the hotel rooms are the same. We never tried breakfast as it was not included and would rather have it in a brasserie for less. The metro station was only 5 min walking, the staff very helpfull and the price unbeatable. So overall a great stay, with a geat price. I hope they keep it up this way.
