Eiffel Seine Hotel Paris

Good location near to Metro and RER station easily located and 5 min from Eiffel Tower. Really sophisticated exterior with welcoming and friendly staff in the open lobby. Very unique decor in hallways and reception. Rooms were cosy and clean with flat screen TV and great big bed and good size bathrooms.

excellent locatio was easy to get to the metro and RER. felt the room was perhaps alittle small however this was put to the back of our minds with the helpfulness of the staff downstairs.

The location was great! Close proximity to the metro and rer stations. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice but not quite worth the money. There were not any hot foods and no meats. Overall, we would book with this hotel again and recommend it to friends. Thanks for a nice stay, the Copelands.

Was very comfortable esp twin beds, really clean and small refrigerator but nil coffee-making( not done in Europe I gather).BUT nil A/C on the 2nd nite despite 4 calls re same. Breakfast basic and little choice.

We reserved at hotel Seine Eiffel only to be called on the eve of our arrival by the staff to be told that they received our reservation very last minute and no rooms were available. This is in fact a ly as I received your confirmation 10 days ealier and I wrote to them to make sure they had my room which they said they did. They offered instead a room at Ares hotel and told me it was equivalent which I knew it was not. I know that the Hotel Seine Eiffel is about twice the price as they advertise on your site because I walked to the hotel and asked for their price list. So the story is they advertise at a very low price on your site people like me book and then they have clients who offer to pay full-fare and they just send the low-payers 165 Euros compared to about 250 Euro to the Ares nearby which is owned by the same people. I can see dishonesty here.

The service here was wonderful. The front desk clerk was helpful with booking our tours and other reservations. Very easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower and a great little restaurant was just next door. However, the rooms were very small for three people. It is an older hotel and was in need of some repair when I visited. There was only one computer for visitor use and most of the time it did not work.

Hotel was great! Great Location! Some good (if overpriced) restaurants beside the hotel.

The front desk was very helpful with a number of requests, and breakfast room service very conscientious. Rooms were clean and well heated. The location is near two metro stations, so it is easy to get anywhere.
