I was in a room tucked away at the back of the hotel in the sub basement. The bath was filthy and there was a half used bar of soap left courtesy of the previous occupant. The room was dark and depressing. The only saving grace is that it is close to the magnificent shops, Galleries Lafyette and Printemp

Good location. Nice quiet relaxing hotel. Simple but unspectacular breakfast. Comfortable bed. I would stay here again. But no air conditioning or minibar/fridge in room which I would have liked.

Small B&B with Parisian atmosphere and limited range of facilities. In attractive but uninteresting area for tourists.1½ mls N of Place de la Concorde, in residential area on quiet side street directly opposite small theatre; just off busy boulevard with views of Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. A few local restaurants, bars and shops 100 yds. Bus stop and Metro Rome 250 yds.Modest and unremarkable. Small lobby with homely sitting area. Basement breakfast room resembling coffee bar. No restaurant."

This hotel was a very nice little boutique hotel. The rooms were small but adequate for a couple. The bathroom is a good (medium) size, not tiny, but not big. Everything was clean and the reception service was quite good too. Good value for paris which is reknowned to be expensive. It's a very short walk from Rome subway station and a 5 min walk to moulin rouge and then down to sacre coeur. As mentioned, room is ok for a couple but would be a bit squishy for 2 friends.

During our stay here a couple of small problems cropped up (eg tap in wash basin was faulty, no pillowcase provided for one pillow). Although we reported them, nothing was done to resolve the issues. Only small problems though, overall the hotel was comfortable and charming in decor, the breakfast room and service was awesome and the staff friendly. The location was great, a short walk to shopping and a brisk walk to the heart of the city. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Paris.

69 euros per night, in Paris this hotel offers a good price-quality, I cannot ask more.

This was our second stay at Du Theatre and the standard has remained consistent. The service is excellent with a faulty light being fixed within the hour and the receptionists speak excellent English if your French isn't up to it! The rooms are quite small but adequate and nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom with hairdrier and complementary toiletries. Breakfast is excellent continental style. Very conveniently situated for metro, Sacre Coeur, Pigalle etc.
