it was a decent hotel with very friendly employees always with a smile and a great dog. the room had no shower.i stayed on the 6th floor, romantic room, and i had to go to the 1st floor for a shower.only on the 1st floor there is a shower.also the wind is coming from the windows. i think the room although in a decent appearence needs a small renovation. why the price of venere.com offer was more expensive from the priced of the hotel on its internet site?

For the price is O.K. An old hotel but people is friendly and rooms are clean. Near to the train station.

The staff was very welcoming and they spoke English well enough to direct us to our destinations. The 3.50 breakfast is a cut up French loaf with butter and jam and includes a pot of coffee or hot chocolate. This is all we needed and a much better deal than spending 6.00 just for a coffee like we had done earlier in the day! When we came for breakfast, the lady said that they had run out of bread, but if we could wait 2 minutes, she would run and get us some. We were lucky to have a fresh loaf and hot coffee. We would gladly return to this hotel.

The hotel is well situated, good environment, easy to found, clean, very friendly staff. But one think I did not like was there was no fridge in the room so I had to go downstaires to give them my stuff to put in the fridge, unfortunately, when I collected it two days later I was dispapointed as I found out that they did not put it in the fridge and I had to throw evrything in the bin. That's the bad souvenir I have for Hotel du Brabant, otherwise everything was ok.I Liked the dog so much, although my wife was scared of him. I will recommand my friends for this hotel as it suits the standard tourists need.

I thought this hotel was a good value, the location is excellent - close to two railway stations. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I would stay there again.

this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. the carpet was so dirty my daughter would not step on it with bare feet. the walls were dirty. there was rubbish from the previous occupant under the bed. yuck.

The staff was very friendly, but that was about the last good thing I can say. The carpets in the passage were dirty and so was the bathroom. We had one small window, but could not open it as it was looking out on a very dirty roof. I closed the curtains not to see it. We had better value for money at our other hotels.
