not a 4star hotel the hotel was OK, but it doesn’t meet 4 star rating at all....i would give it 3 star the most. as we arrived with luggage from the airport there we had to carry our suitcases ourselves to the hotel, then storage room, then our room (in a 4 star hotel there is a bell boy, who does it for). However, the price for the room was very high, for the service they provided. the nice thing about the hotel was breakfast buffet that was included in the price, but if you wanted to have a lunch or dinner it was over 50 euros per person without alcohol. another nice thing about hotel is the "backyard", the landscape is beutiful with a pond. would i stay at the same hotel again? probably not. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay one stop away from Disneyland by train--Val d’Europe is an Outlet Mall with nice shops and ok prices. also, there is a huge indoors mall with a supermarket (if u want to save some money on restaurants) as well as not too expensive cafes. there is also an Aquarium your kids might enjoy in the same mall called Sea-Life. You can purchase tickets to Val d’Europe train station and Aquarium in the information booth across from Disneyland parks, they have tickets with the promotion prices.

Great hotel on the EuroDisney property, especially for a family with young children. Great hotel especially when traveling with young children. Family Rooms have king/queen bed and bunk single beds (but shorter than standard single bed size). Bunk beds may not be long enough for teenagers.

great value ..just minutes from Paris My family and i really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We picked it not becuase we where going to Disney in Paris but because we where going to Paris, We didnt even go to Disney. As florida residents we are very famialiar with Disney and have stayed at a few of the hotels they have in Florida. We have always been very happy, a word to the wise though this hotel is not up to pare with the U.S. Disney Resorts. we where personally a little disappointed about that. However it was a very nice hotel and i would recommend it to anyone ( just maybe not the restaurants or room service that is where they need some work). The breakfast included is a nice buffet. And the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the park and subway station so this is a very easy place to stay. They also offer shuttle to the airport.

Would plan future trips to Paris from this hotel One of the best places we stayed in a 3 week 5 nation tour of the UK and France. I was a little disappointed in the size of bed as I am used to a queen or if I can get it a King size pillowtop. Overall with the heavy traffic of children they do a spectacular job all around. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Save a few bucks , although out of Paris you can be @ the Arc de Triumph in 20 min without getting off the subway. Unless you hate children we really enjoyed seeing all the children full of joy as they went to and from Euro Disney

Good hotel for families The hotel was nice, comfortable, and enjoyable. Be aware that there are a lot of kids because it is a Disney hotel. If you’re not into kids, this is not the hotel for you. My family of four enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I had was on our first night, kids were playing and screaming in the courtyard which was by our hotel room at midnight to 1:00 in the morning. Kept us awake, but I blame lack of parenting on allowing children to scream at midnight in a hotel. The breakfast each day was great and filling. Very close to the Disney parks with shuttle services regularly. It’s about 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Paris. We had a rental car and had no problems driving to and from downtown. It was a great time and I’d love to go back and stay in this hotel!

Loved this hotel The hotel was very close to Disneyland approx. 5-10 mins drive. The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from disneyland that ran every 15-20 mins. I really did enjoy my stay there and would recommend it to others. My son loved the bunk beds with the privacy curtain.

Nice hotel, lots of kids everywhere I was really impressed with this hotel. When we walked into the lobby there were kids EVERYWHERE.. we stayed in our room most of the time, but if you like using the common areas, be prepared... kids screaming like maniacs.. but it is disney.. what do you expect? Traveler's tip on dining The hotel bar had horrible service. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our existence about another 25 minutes to get our food, and then the food did not match the description on the menu. It would probably be more cost effective not to eat at the hotel, besides the free breakfast bar.

Excellent non-Disney property hotel This hotel is better than any Paris Disney property hotel. (I stayed at 3 Paris Disney properties prior to this visit) The shuttle makes it very convenient and easy to get to/from the Disney parks. Only down fall is the pool is only open until 9 pm at night. If it was open later this hotel would be perfect for a Paris Disney vacation.

Dream castle is a great hotel I stayed there with my family last week and needed to book two rooms because there were seven of us. The rooms were spotless and the maids diden’t reach us till about 11:00 giving us loads of time to get organised for the parks. There is nothing worse than being woken up at 9am on your holiday by the maid so this was great and more family focused. If you like a bit more time in the mornings then book one of the rooms over looking the lake as they are at the far end of the hotel and will be cleaned last. We ate breakfast in the hotel while we were there. The food was good quality but there is a limited selection. I diden’t like the orange juice as it tasted like a very cheap concentrated variety but overall the food was excellent. It can get busy so get there before 9am. The selection of food can also diminish by 11am as we found out one morning when there were only two cereals left and no croissants. It’s only 5-10 mins away from Disneyland on the coach which comes by every 15 mins. Overall, it’s a very good family friendly hotel close to Disneyland. Book a room overlooking the lake. Your children won’t be woken by noise and they are the last rooms to be serviced giving you more time to get organised in the morning.

Beautiful hotel, but not very organized or helpful Hotel itself was very nice. The rooms are clean, but small. This is typical. Very short distance from Disneyland, but don’t buy tickets from the hotel as they cost more. Free shuttle buses went on strike and hotel was not very helpful. Traveler's tip on local attractions Don’t buy your tickets for Disneyland from the hotel, as they are more expensive!
