+ - Simple but clean rooms. - Small room - however enough space if you are not going to spent more time in it.

I thought this hotel was in a great location on 3 metro lines, perfect for sightseeing. The rooms were small but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more for the price.

+ I really liked the environment, close to Place d'Italie with 3 metro lines, lots of restaurants, close to a supermarket, bakery. - The rooms are very small. I'm not joking either, very small.

+ Near metro station. Quiet place and good view. The neighbourhood is good too - I`ve many friends who had chosen hotel in the northern part and they where not satisfied with this point. - No complaint for **star hotel.

Stayed for three nights. Location was in a safe neighborhood, very convenient to two metro stops. Secure public parking lot was right across the street. Hotel is 100% non-smoking, as advertised, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Room and WC were both very small but the overall value was excellent. Perfect for tourists who plan to spend most of the time sightseeing and have only modest lodging needs.

I found the hotel to be an excellent value for the money. It was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. It also has an elevator which is very important if you have heavy luggage. I will stay there again.
