Good location, very close to the Grand Boulevards. Clean, but some of the rooms are not in the best shape. Specially the rooms marked with an "A" are not recommendable. Refurbished rooms are above the average niveau in Paris. The elevator is for one person only, a funny equipment. Wifi is available in the whole house, but isn't free, and not yet cheap. Still the fon.com's network is available from the neighborhoud, and members may use it for free. The breakfast is the usual poor french continental breakfast, a small baguette, a croissante, confiture, butter and a hot beverage.

Receptionest excellent and only for her we would have had no breakfast. waitresses very poor and could be considered rude by ignoring a guest over and over again
