Nice hotel with kitchen in rooms, very good for families with children. A budget accommodation absolutely worth the price. Close to metro station. Personnel helpful. My family and I strongly recommend it.

Very Impressed Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location. Room very clean and had a little kitchenette, shops across road but didn't sell much variety. If you fancy visiting Jim Morrison's grave the Père Lachaise cemetery is right next door, we could see it through our window. Would definitely recommend and my friend and myself are going to return.

A Perfect Little Hideaway The Citéa Philippe Auguste is an excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in a quiet, less "touristy" area of Paris. The room was clean and very well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It is conveniently located near the Metro and bus. I would heartily recommend this hotel for value, comfort, and convenience.

Comfortable Go to the local store and buy a few supplies instead of buying breakfast at the hotel.

Excellent choice Very handy to a great neighborhood with lots of cafe, bakery, restaurant, and grocery choices. Handy to the Metro, and literally right next door to Pere Lachaise. Friendly service at the hotel and a lovely, friendly area. English-language-friendly.

I would stay in this hotel again The hotel is located near the Pere Lachaise Cemetery which we could see from our window. It was interesting as Chopin, Edith Piaf, Balzac & many famous people are entombed there. The neighbourhood has many restaurants, groceries, pastries, internet/telephone shops as well as the Metro. Our room had twin beds, desk, table & chairs. The kitchen was well equipped, our bathroom was small with bath & shower but adequate. The male desk staff were great & helpful, the female, snippy.

Excellent budget hotel in quiet neighboorhood The hotel is located just by the historic Pere Lachaise cemetery in the eastern part of Paris. The studio I was in was small but in very good condition - it seems the hotel has been renovated recently. It is in a residential area away from major streets so it is very quiet. Walking distance (1 min) to metro station for line 2 and 10 min to line 3. All receptionists I talked with spoke very decent English and were helpful. I strongly recommend this place to travellers who don’t mind staying away from the major tourist areas in the city. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Use Paris metro to move around - it is fast, reliable and affordable.

spotless, perfect At the top of La Grande Arche in La Defense there is a new computer museum that is included in the price of the rooftop viewing platform. It's more interesting than you might expect.

Far but fine The hotel was a few steps from the Metro but far from the city center. There is a kitchenette which was great, considering the price of a cup of coffee in Paris. Room was clean but bed small. Neighborhood seemed safe even when returning at night, near local shops, banks, resturants. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Eating breakfast in the room saved time and money.
