Mixed Feelings On first approaching the hotel it seemed to be on a quiet, pedestrianised street and looked to be of a high standard. However our first night was disturbed by the bass beat of music reverberating through our floor from a bar down below. At 1.15am we couldn't take it any more, and we moved rooms. In the morning we also moved my father-in-law, although unfortunately we could not have rooms next to each other then. I give a low comfort score for the reason above, but the quality and cleanliness of the rooms were very good, and the hotel is in a perfect place for exploring Paris. Just make sure you have a room on a high floor!

A bit soulless but it was as expected! Apartment ideal for travelling with children as our son slept in the lounge on a double sofa-bed. Kitchen small but had all the necessary equipment. Furniture lacked character and some of the woodwork needs a freshen up. On the plus side, the location was wonderful; very quiet street and great for walking to most attractions. Very pleasant staff.

Impressive!! great hotel and location. We took Roissybus from CDG - short walk to hotel from bus stop. Hotel enty doors secure - need to buzz in or have access card. Front desk staff courteous, helpful - all spoke English. Some spoke better English than others. Room was small by American standards, but certainly adequate. Beds/mattresses were nice, even the one in the sofabed was comfortabe. Housekeeping staff was excellent - came early and cleaned thoroughly. Has bathtub and shower, but no shower curtain- only a fixed panel that covered half of the tub, so we always splashed a lot of water on the floor. Toilet was separate. We were there in June, temps were in sixties, and we could not get the heat to come on. We think the building had switched to air conditioning for the summer,so the heat was off. We walked almost everywhere, but public buses are nearby. For groceries we shopped at Monoprix on Opera - far nicer and cleaner than the nearby Franprix. We hope to go back to Paris and this hotel would be our first choice for accomodations. Highly recommend this place!!
