Clean and Cozy My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our European tour. We will admit that the rooms were very small as expected. Our suitcases barely fit on the sides of the bed. The beds were fairly comfortable although they were slightly worn. The shower was very small and if you weren’t careful turning around, your arm would hit the shower knob and either turn it off or change the water temperature. The hairdryers are not permanently in the rooms. There are only so many available and I was unable to get one for our last morning because we came back to the hotel too late the night before and they had already all been claimed. But, despite all of that, we went to Paris to see the amazing sites so this hotel was perfect for our stay. It was extremely cozy, but most of all, it was clean and that was more important to us than anything else. The daytime front desk staff were very kind and helpful to us. This hotel is very convenient to the Eiffel Tower and restaurants and shops are short walks away. The trains are only a few blocks away and there is a laundry mat on the next block, as well. We had a pleasant stay. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay It took us a few minutes to figure out the train system, but it is very convenient for getting to all of the sites. It is worth it to get a map of the routes for your stay. Some of the sites are just too far for walking. You can also use the train to take day trips to other cities. It is much cheaper than buying into the tours that restrict your time.

staff was wonderful, very welcoming and accomodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to tourist attractions as indicated and there were several very good eating places nearby. Internet connection was strong and easy to access. Overall, good bargain for the price. Rooms are small, as is bathroom.

Close to Eiffel Best point about the hotel is that this hotel is close to Eiffel and you can walk back from the tower. I could spend all day sightseeing and finished the day with watching the lighted Eiffel in the midnight!

Good value This hotel is part of a large chain of mostly French hotels and everything was well organized and professional. Everyone at the desk spoke English. Location is close to Eiffel Tower and Metro lines 6 and 10, as well as RER line C. Pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants close by. Daily maid service, plenty of hot water and towels. Thin walls, but for the price, an excellent value. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Walk south on rue St. Charles to rue Linois, turn right and walk about a block west and you will find a large Monoprix, which is similar to an American supermarket. Opposite on Linois is a post office.

+ The staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice, the location was excellent. - We arrived and got transferred to another hotel down the road (i'm sure i've read of this happening to someone else so it seems to be a system they have). the hotel was much the same so it wasn't too big a deal other than having to move our stuff the next day back to this hotel. (they did give us a free breakfast as compensation). our room backed on to the elevator which sounded like a washing machine on spin cycle every time it moved.

We were positively surprised by the kind assistance of the hotel stuff; good offers for breakfast; nice coffee and tee selfservice in the room. The room we got was a bit noisy as it was close to the lift.

Rooms and elevator are small, but the price is great and the location is superb--close to the Eiffel Tower and two metro stops. It really is a great value if you are just looking for a shower and a comfortable night's sleep. I would definitely stay ther

Would not go back would prefer other end of town as more going on Recommend the visitor travel pass which allows travel on any of the town centre buses/metros - best way to get around.

+ My room was kept very clean and orderly. Gave me additional towels when it was obvious I needed more. Staff very friendly and in a good quiet (somewhat) neighborhood. Close to Bir Hakkim Metro. Excellent location if you love to walk quiet neighborhoods

Decent - but very small rooms This is a reasonable hotel to stay in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a three minute to the nearest metro, and about a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the rooms are very small, and the bathrooms are even smaller ... I had trouble fitting into the shower.
