Our stay at the Lourve Opera was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel itself was just what we wanted. The location was perfect, the resources available were good, and the staff was extremely helpful. One of the staff, Christine, is a wonderfully lovel

A very nice hotel. Quiet Street. A little bit overpriced, but the recent renovation is felt everywhere.

Greate location for tourist, close to the Louvre and Opera. A couplme meters there is a metro station "Pyramides"; the office of Tourism were you can the Paris Visite pass for public trnsportation, the museum pass and information for many atractions. Also there is a supermarket Monoprix, I guess, across the Opera Street. If you wish to take a city tour the bus "l Open Tour" has a stop just a couple meters form the hotel. the hotel look exactly as in the pictures.

I really enjoyed staying at the Louvre Opera. The hotel is very clean, and the decor is lovely. The daily room cleaning was done with great care. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The location is excellent, and I was able to easily walk to most attractions. The only discrepancy I came across was regarding the airport shuttle. It lists this as one of the services on the website, but it is not actually offered. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a quiet side street, within easy reach of the Metro, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, walks along the Seine, etc. My room was on the top (third) floor, and very quiet. It was on two levels, with a connecting staircase between the bathroom downstairs and the sleeping area above, so might not suit someone with a mobility problem. With temperatures in the 30s, I was particularly grateful for the air conditioning. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The reception area has a comfortable seating area with a small library of books, both French and English. I have only two minor complaints. I arrived just after 1 o'clock in the afternoon, but my room wasn't available until 3.30. Also, the web site gave a price of 99 euros. I assumed (mistakenly) that this would include breakfast and didn't realise until I settled the bill (114 euros) that it did not. There was none of the usual information in the room about this nor about services generally. That said, I would certainly recommend this hotel to others, and use it again myself.
